At Sayari Crafters, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery options, timeframes, and terms for all purchases made on our platform.

Shipping Coverage

With our courier partners, we ship to any address in Kenya and East Africa.

Shipping Cost 
  •  Instore Pickup Fee: Free
  • For orders over KES 8,000 placed through the website add to cart process to check out - We offer free shipping countrywide.
  • For orders from KES 7,999 and below - Shipping rate is dependent on product price.
Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed at the same day if ordered before 5 P.M, from Monday to Saturday.

  • All orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the next business day.
  • Not all items on the website are available for same day dispatch. Please ensure to read the product description before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  • If you have any tracking queries, our customer support team is ready to assist.
Order Modification and Cancellation 
  • If any incorrect delivery address has been entered, please contact the support team at sales@sayaricrafts.co.ke or call 0705 915 877/ 0726 493 597 to make modification before the dispatch of the item.

  • Any orders placed on Sunday are processed the next business day.

Delivery Issues
  • If there is an issue with your delivery, such as a delay, lost package, or incorrect items received, please contact our customer support team at sales@sayaricrafts.co.ke 

  • We will work quickly to resolve any issues.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Damaged or Lost Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may request photos of the damaged item to verify the extent of the damage. For lost items, please contact our  sales@sayaricrafts.co.ke / 0705 915 877/ 0726 493 597, and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
